How should I care for my VNTR apparel?
Machine wash on cold and delicate and tumble dry with low heat. Do not iron, bleach or dry clean.
What size am I?
To get the perfect size run a tape measure around waist at the narrowest part of your upper body. Place one finger between waist and tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit. We suggest sizing up if you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit. If you would like a tighter fit, size down.
What is my underwear made of?
All underwear are made from Modal, an all-natural, breathable, and extremely soft fabric. We blended 92% Modal with 8% Elastane to ensure comfort and flexibility. These two fabrics combined with luxurious stitching create the perfect pair of underwear the follows the natural flow of your body.
How can I change something on my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once the fulfillment center has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Why does my order status say "UNFULFILLED"?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship orders to the US. We are working to expand to ship worldwide in the future. If you are interested in placing an international order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
What is your return policy?
We know it's hard for you to experience our product without trying it on. For that reason, we've created our Comfort Guarantee. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your purchase please send us an email explaining the issue and we will send you a new size or issue you a full refund.
