Exchanges: If you have an exchange or other inquiry, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details and we'll handle the rest! To complete an exchange, we require your order number. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping, so you get free exchange shipping too. Excludes final sale.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
